No sale or sharing of personal information: Capital Group Unlimited does not sell, share, or disclose your personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes.

Information Collected Through Third-Party Services
- Bank Account Data (via Plaid): When you connect your bank account, we receive transaction history, account balances, and account holder information through Plaid Technologies, Inc. This data is used solely for bookkeeping, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting services. We access up to 24 months of transaction history.
- Payment Data (via Stripe): Payment confirmation, transaction amounts, and payment status for invoices processed through Stripe.
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps when you interact with our web services.
- Device Information: Operating system, device type, and screen resolution for optimizing your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide AI-powered bookkeeping, tax preparation, and business consulting services.
- Sync and categorize bank transactions for financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Generate invoices, proposals, contracts, and financial reports.
- Process payments and send payment confirmations.

Capital Group Unlimited may send you SMS/text messages in connection with our services. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages — whether verbally during a phone consultation, via our website forms, or by texting us first — you agree to receive service-related text messages from us.

Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, including phone numbers. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who assist in delivering our services (Plaid for bank connectivity, Stripe for payment processing, Mailgun for email delivery, Cloudflare for security and delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Access to systems is protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA) via Cloudflare Zero Trust.
- Role-based access controls (RBAC) limit data access to authorized personnel only.
- Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256 with 260,000 iterations.
- Automated security scanning and code analysis are performed on all deployments.
- Pre-commit controls prevent accidental exposure of credentials in source code.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
- Client financial data: Retained for the duration of our service relationship, plus any period required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Audit logs: Retained for 90 days.
- Application logs: Retained for 30 days.
- Communication records: Retained for 30 days, then archived.
Upon termination of services or at your request, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
